That pitch worked on a woman who had been laid off from her executive position at a high-end retail chain. She recently re-entered the job market with her eyelids lifted, wrinkles filled and cheeks lasered smooth, Dr. Halaas says. Doctor: Usher's Wife Had a Heart Attack Before Plastic Surgery

Usher's wife, Tameka Foster, suffered a heart attack in Brazil before undergoing plastic surgery, the Associated Press reports. Foster, 37, checked into the Sao Rafael Hospital on Feb. 6 for a "simple liposuction," says Ellen Dastry, spokeswoman for plastic surgeon Silvio Sterman. Foster went into cardiac arrest while being anesthetized, "but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage," Dastry adds.
