Electrical Fire Closes Landmark Pennsylvania Hotel

A fire that chased about 20 people from the Minisink Hotel in Minisink Hills, Pa.,Sunday night started in two electrical boxes in the basement, firefighters said.
"There is severe damage to the electrical system and we're working to get that back up and running so they can have heat in there," said Bill Edmondson, Shawnee Fire Company lieutenant, as crews worked to repair the area Monday afternoon.
