Wrestling Legend Sanderson Heading to Penn State

Cael Sanderson, perfect as a wrestler at Iowa State, Olympic champion in 2004 and a winning coach at his alma mater the past three seasons, is leaving to coach at Penn State. The move, which took the college wrestling world by surprise, was confirmed on the Penn State website by the Nittany Lions' director of athletics Tim Curley. Sanderson met with reporters later at Iowa State after telling his team he was leaving. More

Minn. All-American Named Calumet Wrestling Coach

Former Indiana high school champion and University of Minnesota All-American Leroy Vega has been named wrestling coach at Calumet College. It's the first college head coaching job for the 30-year-old Vega, who was an assistant at Minnesota for two years and then ran his own wrestling club in his hometown of Portage, Ind. More
