options:
- Visit www.tax.state.ny.us and click on Online Tax Center to get started using Sales Tax Web File. It's the fastest and easiest way to file! And it's free! Be sure to view the demo before you get started; or
- If you are not ready to start Web filing, you can download sales tax forms from our Web site (www.tax.state.ny.us/forms/sales_cur_forms.htm)
and mail them to us; or
- Call 1 (800) 748-3676 and they will fax forms to you; or
- Call (518) 457-5431 and they will mail forms to you.
Sales tax filers should be sure to file in time to meet the June 22, 2009, and future sales tax filing deadlines.
