Staples Will Open LEED-Registered Store in Boston from the Boston Globe Office supply retailer Staples Inc. announced the opening of its first LEED-registered store in the Northeast. It is one of the first stores in Boston to be registered with the U.S .Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, program.
