"The first agenda item will be a report from the first-ever National Esthetic Teacher Training (NETT) Conference that was held on May 16-18, 2009 in Las Vegas. "NCEA's mission of raising the standards for the skin care industry already includes the NCEA Certified program based upon a 1200 hour Esthetician Job Task Analysis.
