Responsibilities of the Association & MultiView

MultiView understands the tremendous workload which challenges executives in a fast-paced association. Your association and its members require as much of your attention as possible. Launching a MultiView Online Supplier Directories requires minimal effort on the part of your association. It's outsourcing at its finest.

Association Responsibilities

Before launching the association must:

  • Place a link on the home page of its Web site
  • Approve a brief introductory letter announcing the Online Supplier Directory
  • Share any available supplier-member data.

Sales

  • Train a dedicated sales team on the specific, unique value proposition of your association's Online Supplier Directory
  • Contact each supplier member and verify contact information
  • Present sponsorship opportunity(s) to qualifying suppliers
  • Create each listee's Online Supplier Directory profile, including:
    • Company description
    • Company logo
    • Web link
    • E-mail link
    • Contact name(s)
  • Upload profile "real-time" to Web server
  • Provide year-round customer support for questions and problem solving
