Challenges Facing the Tradeshow Industry

While trade shows are unique in their ability to bring buyers and sellers together, they can produce "information overload" for attendees visiting exhibits at a large show. Pounds and pounds of brochures, flyers, information sheets and business cards can overwhelm a traveler to the show. Even the well-intentioned attendee throws away much of the materials that he/she gathered.

Furthermore, a tradeshow lasts only a few days, while purchasers usually require goods and services throughout the year. Preserving interest levels in products and services well beyond the tradeshow continues to challenge exhibitors.

MultiView Solutions for the Tradeshow Industry

MultiView has developed two complimentary solutions to address the needs of the tradeshow industry.

1. Electronic Tradeshow Directories

Traditional printed directories are limited by the expense and static nature of print. Electronic Tradeshow Directories offer information that is complete and timely. Entire directories can be E-mailed (downloaded) to attendees upon registration. The latest in presentation schedules, meeting times, social gatherings and booth locations are as close as the user's PC. MultiView provides electronic directories that are dynamic and easy to use.

2. Electronic Buyers Guides

Electronic Buyers Guides are easy to use and very advertiser-friendly in their design. They were designed with both the exhibitor and attendee in mind. Exhibitors are afforded the opportunity to include extensive information about their product offerings and services. Attendees are provided, via a download or CD, with a complete electronic "catalog" of exhibitor information in an easy-to-use format. Typically exhibitors pay a small fee to insert additional product/service information into the Electronic Buyers Guide. MultiView offers its sponsorship sales services to contact exibitors/suppliers and secure their sponsorship in an Electronic Buyer's Guide.
