As a social media account manager, Brie Ragland assists MultiView clients with their marketing efforts on a wide variety of social channels. With the goal of showing the people behind the company, Brie focuses on working with clients to provide the right content and advising them on how to improve customer engagement. Posting on companies’ behalf, building community growth, social listening and customer service are just a few of the daily tasks on Brie’s plate.
She started out as a content editor in 2011, and worked her way into the social media ranks in 2015. Before joining MultiView, Brie spent five years working as the marketing manager for the Automotive Service Association. Throughout her professional career, whether she’s working on email campaigns, running promotions on a trade show floor or maintaining a social presence for her company, Brie has always tried to share her passion for creative communication.
