As MultiView’s Executive Vice President, Sales Operations & Development, Cassidy is in charge of the company’s overall sales strategy, sales enablement tools, pipeline forecasting, KPIs and sales analytics. Basically, he responsible for all the moving pieces in the background that allow the sales floor to function properly.
Cassidy joined Multiview in 2009 as an Inside Sales Representative and worked his way up from the ground floor. He has progressed through every level of sales management and has gained a working knowledge of the systems and operational procedures of the other departments. He is the liaison – or “Congressman” as we like to call him – between sales and the non-sales departments.
