Joseph built a division of sales people in Dallas before he moved to Canada to help open the office there in 2012. After just 2 weeks there it was determined he was the best fit to stay and grow the operation, and that’s what he’s still doing. Goals and office projections have since been crushed.
He started with the company just 2 months after he graduated at the University of North Texas. Growing first through the sales team was important to him in order to understand the challenges that the people were facing.
His passions include public speaking, working with reps and managers to find their potential, and uniting the skill sets of others to unify and energize team performance.
