PROGRAM AND RECEPTION
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13 | 4:30-7 PM ET

Associations through an MBA's lens

Many associations struggle with having the data necessary to start new programs, change dues structures, or defining their value proposition. Meanwhile, members are inundated with requests to take surveys from all parts of their lives and response rates are trending down.  Join us alongside speaker, Patty Leeman, as you learn how to make strategic decisions with simple techniques using the data you already have including:

  • Mining financial data to see what members really value, not just what they say they value.
  • Benchmarking techniques to better determine pricing of dues and services
  • Using a back-of-the-envelope technique to measure the financial success of a program

As dozens of associations have used the data from these techniques to change dues, price new programs, adjust sponsorship programs, and refine their value proposition, you'll walk away with examples of their success so you can use these techniques with your association.

After the session, we invite you to join us for a reception to network with other association leaders in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
