Director of Publishing
From a young age, I always knew I wanted to work in a creative environment. I grew up journaling daily, scrapbooking and building dream boards with my parent’s old magazines (this was before Pinterest was a thing). After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, I started my career at Multiview in sales. This allowed me to get my foot in the door with an amazing company and immerse myself in Multiview’s infectious company culture.
Shortly after starting, a content editor position opened in the company’s News Brief Department. I knew it was the perfect position for me to utilize my Communications degree in Public Relations and minor in Business Marketing to its fullest potential. Over the last 13 years, I’ve held many titles at Multiview from Content Editor, Sr. Content Editor, Sr. Education Editor, Assistant Executive Editor, and finally my current role, Director of Publishing. My previous positions within the company and the News Briefs Department have allowed me to grow (and continue to grow) both professionally and personally.
The honor I have in leading and mentoring a remarkable group of Content Editors and Content Marketing Strategists daily is an extraordinary feeling. These individuals inspire me daily, as they go above and beyond to shape content and create an authentic voice for both Multiview’s partners and clients. Coming to work every day is a privilege when I’m surrounded with dedicated coworkers who are always learning and leading, regardless of the title in front of their name.
At a personal level, you’ll find me spending time with my incredible family (usually at a baseball field or basketball court with my two teenage sons), at the dog park with my three fur-babies, visiting local farmers markets on Saturday mornings, baking delicious desserts or obsessively decorating my Christmas tree for every holiday year-round.
