Since taking the wheel in 2019, he’s led with a clear focus: Advancing a smarter approach to B2B marketing—one rooted in data, powered by talent & technology, and designed to drive real growth for both associations and B2B brands.

Andy’s leadership is defined by a deep understanding of the evolving B2B landscape and a commitment to innovation. He believes the future of B2B marketing belongs to organizations that think differently, embrace AI, and drive real growth for clients. Equally passionate about people and performance, Andy is a strong advocate for developing next-generation leaders and building high-performing teams.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and lives with his wife and their three sons. When he’s not leading the charge here at Multiview, Andy enjoys spending time with family, DIY projects, and playing golf.

Brandon Webb has spent more than 20 years helping guide Multiview’s growth and evolution. He joined the company as a business analyst in 2006 and went on to hold leadership roles across publishing, operations, and technology before becoming President. That breadth of experience gives him a practical understanding of how strategy, people, processes, and technology must work together to create value for clients, association partners, and employees.

As President, Brandon focuses on aligning Multiview’s strategy and operations around long-term growth and stronger customer outcomes. He is particularly excited about the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence, data, and other emerging technologies to strengthen both Multiview’s people and its solutions. He believes data should be treated as a strategic asset, not simply used to report on what has already happened. By turning it into timely insights, smarter decisions, and more personalized experiences, Multiview can help employees focus on higher-value work while delivering greater value to clients and association partners. Brandon believes the company stands apart because of its industry expertise, entrepreneurial culture, and ability to evolve alongside the markets it serves.

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters, whether supporting their activities, traveling together, or simply enjoying time as a family. He is also passionate about Christmas lights and enjoys the friendly competition of trying to earn top honors in his neighborhood each year.

Cassidy Carter serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Multiview, where he helps shape the company's long-term vision, identify new opportunities for growth, and develop strategies that create lasting value for clients. Having started his career at Multiview in sales, Cassidy brings firsthand experience and a customer-first perspective to every strategic decision.

Cassidy believes the best strategies begin by listening. He regularly seeks input from the sales team, knowing they have the closest connection to clients and the marketplace, and believes the strongest strategies anticipate future needs rather than simply reacting to today's challenges. For Cassidy, trust is the foundation of every successful client relationship and the difference between being a vendor and becoming a true partner. He is particularly excited about the opportunities AI is creating to help clients compete more effectively and accelerate their growth.

Outside of work, Cassidy is a proud girl dad who enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Whether he's cheering at dance and cheer events, chasing the next beach sunset with his family, or squeezing in a game of pickleball or golf, he enjoys making the most of every moment together.

Stacy Tanner brings more than 14 years of leadership at Multiview to her role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. With a background in accounting and finance, she joined Multiview as Vice President of Accounting and Controller before becoming CFO, helping guide the company’s financial strategy while supporting its continued growth.

As CFO & CHRO, Stacy sees financial performance and investing in people as two sides of the same equation. She believes developing employees, creating opportunities for growth, and building a strong culture ultimately make the business stronger. Transparency is equally central to her leadership style. By helping people understand the “why” behind decisions, Stacy aims to build trust, break down silos, and give teams the context they need to take ownership of their work.

Stacy earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a proud mom of two. Outside of work, her favorite way to recharge is spending time with family, exploring new places, and attending a great concert.

Jenn Karsner brings nearly two decades of experience across marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship to her role as Vice President of Marketing at Multiview. Throughout her career, she has developed and executed strategies spanning digital, content, events, and experiential marketing, with a focus on turning creative ideas into meaningful business opportunities.

As VP of Marketing, Jenn brings an entrepreneurial mindset to building strategies that connect Multiview with the audiences we serve. She is passionate about taking ideas from concept to execution, bringing together creative thinking, data, and collaboration to build marketing programs that support the business and strengthen customer relationships. An award-winning speaker and educator, Jenn also believes in the power of sharing knowledge and creating experiences that help people and businesses grow.

Matt Hunter has spent more than 16 years helping shape the technology and operational foundation behind Multiview's growth. Since joining the company in 2010, he has led initiatives across technology, operations, and product development, bringing a practical, execution-focused approach to solving complex business challenges.

As Chief Information Officer, Matt sees technology as a means to an end—helping people do their best work and driving meaningful outcomes. Guided by a background in operations, he focuses on building practical solutions that remove friction, improve the way teams work together, and give people more time to focus on strategy, creativity, and serving clients. He believes the best technology doesn't replace people; it empowers them to make a greater impact.

Matt earned his Master of Business Administration in Operations and Information Technology Management from the SMU Cox School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from The University of Texas at Austin. He lives with his wife and children and, when he's not at Multiview, you'll usually find him coaching one of his kids' sports teams, teaching his children to ski, or barefoot waterskiing on the lake—yes, without skis.
