What You'll Do
- Master the intricacies of inside sales in the thriving B2B digital media space
- Demonstrate sales prospecting, lead generation, follow up, pitching and closing abilities to achieve results
- Apply active listening and skillful communication to build long-term business relationships
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and exceed sales quotas
- Receive continuous, expert sales training from industry veterans, sales managers and the Multiview leadership team

No matter if you are just coming out of college or coming from a different field or industry outside of advertising sales, Multiview invests in you as a person and gives you the tools to be successful. As long as you work smart and hard you have an opportunity to make a lot of money. Each year you have an opportunity to make more and more money as your book of business increases, and so it is very easy to have a long and lasting career. While working hard is a requirement to do well, Multiview has a fun and energetic culture so the hard work comes natural. There is also a respect for work life balance and it is very easy to tune out work on the weekends and enjoy your life. Very rarely do you have to work on the weekends like other jobs require you to in order to meet deadlines, etc.

Since the start of my employment at Multiview, I have really loved this place. The relationships that I have built here are ones that will last a life time. All they ask is that you work hard and are eager to learn. Ask questions and be a sponge to the information given back to you. You can learn a lot from the leaders of this company if you listen. The job is not an easy one to do, but what job is? If you are willing to put in the effort to be great and to prove yourself, you will do very well here.

I think that many people do not understand what a sales job entails. I did sales in college and high school, so turnover was normal to me. You will be helped, but get ready to grind, just just like any other sales job. If you have a positive attitude and actually try hard everyday you will succeed. Believing in your product also makes sales easier.

If you want 'A' job and not 'THE' job this may not be the right environment in the long run. You need to have the ability to manage yourself. Just being 'told' what to do is not going to cut it. Also, this is an open floorplan. If you need to hide in a cubicle then you may be uncomfortable. Finally, you need to speak up if you need something. There are no crystal balls given to management to foresee everything you need. They WILL provide it, but it is up to you to ask.
