The Challenge

As a regionally recognized company in a highly competitive industry, Matrix sought to expand its reach nationwide. Jessica Esterkamp, VP of Corporate Development, knew that for Matrix to compete, they had to have a presence online. When contractors searched for safety staffing services, regardless of location, Matrix needed to show up at the top of the list. However, being unfamiliar and somewhat skeptical of advertising, Esterkamp wasn't sure how to get there. “My main concern was that I’d end up spending a lot of money and not get any results,” said Esterkamp. 

The Solution

The Results

To get started, Matrix invested $18,000 into paid search for six months, which resulted in over $400,000 in new business. With conversion-ready leads coming straight into their website, the sales team was able to close deals more quickly and efficiently. “The results are what’s most important,” says Esterkamp. “We're seeing quick, quality leads coming in and the ROI that Multiview provides is so quantifiable.” 

Because of the campaign’s success, Matrix rolled out additional paid search campaigns for two other service lines and are already seeing promising results. Having only partnered with Multiview for a little over a year, The Matrix Companies has gone from being recognized as a regional player to a national industry competitor.
