NARPM had already partnered with Multiview on retargeting services, but wanted to explore other digital opportunities for generating non-dues revenue and engaging members.
Tapping into Multiview’s digital publishing capabilities, the duo developed a branded email newsletter to provide NARPM members weekly updates and relevant industry news. NARPM also leaned on Multiview to handle direct-buy advertising and sponsorships on the association’s website.
"It’s been a pleasure to work with the talented folks at Multiview over the past two years. What I appreciate most about Multiview is how easy it is to work with them: they are always responsive, professional, and fun to work with, and they make our jobs so much easier!"
- Lisa G. Noon, CAE, RCE Deputy Executive Director, NARPM
Boosted largely by the immediate success of the email newsletter, NARPM saw its year-over-year non-dues revenue from the Multiview partnership increase by more than 350%! The association maintains more than 40 active advertisers across its three product lines (retargeting, web advertising, email). Beyond the revenue, NARPM has fostered significant engagement with members through the email newsletter, which boasts an impressive 75% annual average open rate (3x the industry average) and a stellar 21% click rate.
